John a very important podcast. I would love to see all the lookup references in either show notes or a pdf file. That would then be a must have file.

Great episode. I’m trying to transform a lame tech support organization (non-Mac save me, unfortunately.) Would love some steps layed out in some show notes so I can hire new support staff and sound like I know what I’m talking about.

Great episode. As a new mac owner and “tech-head” I really love this podcast. One thing, there were a lot of great websites mentioned in this episode. A list of the links would be great. They might be posted somewhere but I can’t find them. Anyway, continue the great work.
